Problem
IT wanted to adopt agile to provide quicker, cost-effective solutions with greater business involvement. This was a significant change for employees. Leaders and business partners needed strategic content to help the organization understand this complex, technical change and navigate the transition effectively.
Solution
To support IT’s shift from waterfall to agile, I created strategic content that educates, engages, and guides employees through the change. This included clear messaging on agile principles, visual guides and workflows, and videos. The approach helped employees understand the change, reduce resistance, and apply agile practices effectively, enabling IT to deliver faster, more usable products while meeting more business requests.
Multi-Channel Approach
Executive Presentations: Incorporated live polls, Q&A sessions, and gamified quizzes to keep employees actively participating rather than passively listening.
Video: Animated video showing how the AOP process would be improved, how the new IT organizational structure facilitates this improvement.
